More startups are incubating in the Ełk PNT

Recruitment to VI rounds of Startup Heroes lasted until October 31, 2022. more than 270 applications. After formal and substantive assessment to the next stage (Panel of Experts) received 50 proposals.

Panel Experts, which took place in December, selected the 22 best ideas that went to incubation in the Science and Technology Park in Ełk (7) and Olsztyn Science and Technology Park (15).

Request to the Startup Heroes project could be submitted by any natural person or team of people consisting of natural persons who submitted an idea during the call for innovative business, fitting into the following industries: ICT, eco-energy, healthy food. The submitted business ideas had to be innovative at least at national level.

On December 29, 2022, the contracts were signed Incubation. After signing the contracts, the process began Incubation. In PNT in Ełk 7 companies will be incubated, each of them will receive support in the form of de minimis aid worth approx. PLN 94,000.

Sample Types of support in the project:

– office space (coworking),

–workshop and training in public speaking,

–consultancy accounting, legal, tax,

–Basic marketing support, portfolio,

–Training pitching.

Offered There is also support:

– technical, technological, engineering, IT, design,

– in the area of management and entrepreneurship in terms of the developed idea.

– in the area of protection of industrial property rights.

How is incubation done?

• Incubation is a period of intensive work on the development of your idea for the MVP phase.
• During the incubation, the startup participates in trainings and workshops and uses accounting and legal advice, patent and tax.
• Each of the participants in the incubation will receive support project development through a comprehensive incubation program preparing startup companies to enter the market.

After completed the process, the Incubation Manager will prepare an incubation report. Report This is a record of the startup's development history from the start of incubation to its the end and the progress that has been made by the team.

Every a startup that completes incubation at PNT in Ełk faces a chance to acquire million zlotys from PARP for further development of an innovative idea.

Startups that will incubate in PNT in Ełk:

1. WODA Sp. z o.o. - Bioreactor Algator - homemade device for algae culture. Algator allows you to grow algae yourself in home, for personal use.

2. ESTATOCRM Sp. z o.o. - Estato.pl it A tool to improve real estate brokerage management and operation Polish real estate agencies, with extended market analysis capabilities, through proprietary artificial intelligence algorithms, allowing to estimate the value real estate and match the offer to the buyer.

3. CONNECT IQ Sp. z o.o. - The subject of the idea is a system for monitoring and prediction events (hereinafter referred to as the System or Product) on machines and technological lines located in production enterprises (hereinafter referred to as the Factory).

4. INFOMAP Sp. z o.o. - The idea is to create a universal mobile application for surveyors, which will enable the use of the potential of smartphones during everyday life work in the field.

5. UHURA BIONICS Sp. z o.o. - The project consists in creating an artificial, bionic larynx for people with voice-damaged voices. The device will take the form of an elegant band on neck connected to the ring as a controller and compact amplifier Speaker.

6. GOOD SPIRITS COMPANY Sp. z o.o. - Polish Natural Soft Drinks. The aim is to producing a natural beverage sustainably for the first time non-alcoholic (0%) without sugar in Poland, and ultimately a change in social habits related to drinking alcohol by Poles.

7. WORKATIONSPOT Sp. z o.o. - The business idea is to create an Integrator: platform online booking, integrating certified, dedicated workation places tourist services of a higher standard throughout Poland and integrating the group people for whom workation is a certain lifestyle.
