Act for the environment — start with your environment!

Do you have an idea for a greener and friendlier neighborhood? Do you want to act locally, but you don't know where to start? We invite you to the free course "Act for the Environment", organized as part of the mini-project "Together for the Environment".

The course is implemented by the social partner of the mini-project — the Cultivator Foundation.

When? October 10 and 17, 2026Hours
: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. every day
Where? Ełk Social Revitalization Center "Stajnia", Tadeusza Kościuszki 27a, 19-300 Ełk

For whom?
For the residents of the revitalization area — youth, adults and seniors, including local leaders, activists and representatives of non-governmental organizations. You don't need to have experience — what matters is the willingness to act!

What will we do?

During two meetings, we will move from inspiration to an action plan:

Inspiration - we will learn about good ecological practices and go on a research walk around the revitalization area.
Idea - We will look at the needs of residents and create ideas for local initiatives.
Plan - We will learn how to plan activities, budget and cooperation with partners, keeping accessibility and safety in mind.
Implementation and promotion - we will check how to organize events and encourage others to work together.

Between the meetings, participants will collect opinions from residents to help refine ideas.

The result? At least 2 ecological initiatives "green for me", ready to be implemented in the revitalization area in the spring of 2027!

Participation is free. Intimate group — 12 people. The order of applications is decisive.

We provide coffee service and hot refreshments.

The mini-project "Together for the Environment" is financed under the "Regional Grants for Revitalisation" competition, implemented in the "Regional Grants for Revitalisation" competition, as part of the "Regions of Revitalisation Edition 3.0" project. The subsidy is co-financed in 79.71% by the European Union, under the European Regional Development Fund under the Technical Assistance for European Funds 2021-2027 (PTFE 2021-2027) and 20.29% by the state budget.
