Project "BEI INSPIRE - cooperation in development"

In project provides for activities that will lead to the cooperation and exchange of experience with business environment entities, i.e. Gdański Park Science and Technology, INTERIZON Pomeranian ICT Cluster, EVOLUMA Industrial Cluster and EBN (European Business and Innovation Centre Network) will contribute to the development of their own competences, specialisations and professionalization of services provided by the Ełk Cultural Park to companies operating within the smart specializations of the region. PNT in Ełk as part of the will carry out the following activities:

• a national study trip,

• competence workshops,

• foreign mission,

• national mission,

• foreign conferences.

In These activities will result in new or significantly improved services for SMEs:

• Information and consultation point / on-call duty – advice in the field of  FIR digital transformation.

• Evoluma info point – presentation current offer of the EVOLUMA cluster (m.in. support in: internationalization, establishing cooperation with Polish and foreign partners, events access to EU-funded projects, access to industry experts).

• Online tools for customer service PNT - calendar for booking rooms, platform for registration of participants Events.

Direct the recipient of the services designed in the project is the staff of the PNT in Ełk, implementing public tasks in the field of entrepreneurship on behalf of the Municipality of the City of Ełk. The activities planned in the project will contribute to the increase of skills competence of the staff of the PNT in Ełk, which in turn will improve the quality and extension of the catalogue of BEI services provided to SMEs (in particular services will affect the specialisation of institutions in order to professionalise the services for the development of smart specialisations in the region and will increase the access to innovative services for SMEs. Therefore, the indirect recipient of new or improved services will be SMEs.

Main the aim of the project is to establish cooperation between the Ełk State Research Centre as BEI and entities from the from outside the province for the development of competence skills through mutual exchange of experience of development institutions smart specialisations of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, as a result of which new or significantly improved SME services provided by the PNT in the field of Elk.
