A new building located directly on Lake Łaśmiady. A wooden porch leads to the interior topped with a terrace with an attractive view of the lake. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with fireplace, TV, kitchenette and bathroom. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, one triple, bathroom and a large terrace. There is a fishing room on the property, hence the possibility of buying fresh fish straight from the lake and fishing licenses, and in nearby Ełk also smoked fish. There is a pier and a private beach near a house on a promontory with an area of 0.5 ha. The price for the cottage is 700 PLN/day. It will be increased in the case of accommodating a larger number of people (1-2 people – sofa bed). The day starts at 3:00 p.m. and ends at 10:00 a.m. At the time of booking, a deposit of 40% of the total amount due must be paid to the account: Farms. The content of the transfer should include your name, surname, address, place of rental and date of stay. On arrival, we charge a deposit to cover any damages, which will be returned upon receipt of the keys. Minimum stay – one week. The facility is rented from the end of April to the end of September. Pets – to be agreed; recreational equipment according to the price list on the Farm's website. Recreational equipment: pedal boat – 250 PLN/week 3-seater rowing boat – 160 PLN/week 3-seater rowing boat with engine – 270 PLN/week We give a 50% discount on the purchase of an amateur fishing permit.
