Office lease

Park Scientific and Technological Science in Elk offers office spaces with an area from 12.5 m2 to 16.6 m2. The rooms are air-conditioned. In addition, it is offered full equipment in the form of desks, racks, armchairs and cabinets. Any room is equipped with a broadband connection with power supply as standard ups emergency. Office users have full sanitary facilities at their disposal (also adapted for people with disabilities), and social facilities equipped with refrigerators, microwaveovens, kettles and a coffee machine.

Rent for the lease of the office in the case of companies not using the Incubator is 35,99 PLN/m2 net. The tenant shall also bear a fixed fee operating rate of PLN 15.99/m2 which includes:

Park Scientific and Technological Research in Elk offers production and service halls with an area of from 48 m2 to 348 m2, in modular layout. The modules have an area of about 50 m2, which have an independent water connection, electrical (own air conditioning and ventilation meters, as well as IT. Each the hall module has an independent entrance and blind gates. In space vehicles (forklifts, buses) up to a height of 280 Cm.

Space production and service facilities are equipped with complete sanitary and social facilities Ie. changing rooms (with staff cabinets), sanitary facilities (showers, toilets), canteen (equipped with fridge, microwave kitchen, kettles, coffee).
