The town of Ełk informs that the proceedings were selected to perform the contract most advantageous bid by the contractor: Construction Cooperative "SKALMANTAS" with Elk. The total cost is $2,750,833.73 gross of which 900 thousand. € comes from the Ministry of sport and tourism.
